Hello is this an extra large pad ? As I can not equalise with the standard pad
The nose block pad comes only in one size. If you are having issues with clearing, see below the Nose block adjustment tips:
1. Put the block up to your nose. If air passes through, you can bend the nose bar back or forth so the nose block should fit your nose.
2. If that does not work, you could add a small piece of neoprene to the rubber on the block.
3. If the nose block fits right, you might need to see an ENT doctor to have them check your sinus and ears.
